Service Description

A unique opportunity to join Current World MJ Champion - Matt Evans ('MEvans') for a workshop in Dorset! The best bit about Modern Jive is that it is is a dance that changes and evolves with the influences from other dances! We are adding new moves all the time and the trends change! On the social dance floor the dance is definitely danced more slotted than 20 years ago and the current ‘Pros’ are often seen adding ‘Whips’ (slotted change of places moves using frame, rebounding and clear leading) and ‘Rides’ rotational movements based on a central pivot point. MEvans will be joined on stage by Sarah Smith. Details: Sunday 7th July 12-2pm Salwayash Village Hall £20 per person (& includes Tea Dance after the workshop) £17.50 (before 10th July) There will be limited spaces due to the nature of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Places are only secured once full payment has been made. No refunds will be offered unless a class or event is cancelled by Dynamic Dance. Sadly we cannot offer a refund or credit note if you choose not to attend your pre-booked class. However if you contact Dee on 07740349393 more than 48 hours before the class we may be able to help you to resell your ticket and book you onto a future class. This is not guarenteed and we will look at each request on a case by case basis. NB: that if we change the date of the event and you are unable to make the new date, you will be offered a refund or credit note towards a future class. COVID Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your booking due to having COVID or COVID like symptoms, you will be offered a place on the next available class after your self-isolating period.
